- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 04, 2019, by Fred BurchI live in Philomath and went to make a donation of no longer needed items around $500.00 truck load. Arc looked at me like I was insulting them. Making disapproving comments and looks....while flipping open one of two almost new $40.00 gaming chairs. My attempt to donate to my local community was not good enough. I didn't bring junk to the Arc either, sad to represent Philomath this way.
